It doesn’t look like your televisions are “digital ready”. But then again, it would be difficult to stack LCD’s. – and is that a rotary phone?
@Kmuzu: That is a keen eye you have Kmuzu and yes, it would have been difficult to stack LCD’s. Actually, if I had to do it again, I would have made the televisions different sizes, but that is kind of a composition 101 issue. I am trying to convey a kind of post-apocalyptic Fear and Loathing universe and I like the feel of the older more run down props.
I am surprised nobody has mentioned what is on the televisions though. It kind of ties into my whole vision for my Gonzo universe which I am soon going to discuss in detail. For now, it remains a mystery. Gotta keep you guys engaged and on your toes.
@Whoever: There has been a bit of confusion about the title of this sketch. It is meant precisely as HST wrote it. It is not meant to be a literal statement. I know those among you who have read the book or even watched the movie would grasp this with ease, but for those of you who haven’t or missed the ironic tone there it is.
